January Maintenance

Hi barkers,

The migration to the new HostHatch FreeBSD server has gone well!
There is some local userland software missing that I will have to
reinstall as required, but the services are running a lot smoother.

The new Sharkey instance is also running, and it has been a lot more
performant than Akkoma. I have migrated the Akkoma instance away from
woofer.unix.dog to a private server, and it will be turned read-only
soon. Please gather your data backup if you haven't.

Finally, I need to update the jails and host systems on bark.unix.dog and
howl.unix.dog. Next weekend, January 4th 2025, at 16:00 PST (GMT-8)
there will be a downtime of the host systems for a few minutes, and then
intermittent downtime on the services for an hour or two while I update
the jails.

TL;DR Downtime 2025-01-05T00:00Z for an hour or two, for maintenance.
