New Maintenance Schedule

Hello woofers,

Happy 2025! I have not made an announcement since 2024! And we're more
than halfway finished with this year! Sorry about that.

To keep the server well-oiled, I will be moving UNIX.dog to a more
consistent and planned maintenance schedule:

**Maintenance will occur on the first Sunday of every month.** Timing
may vary depending on how long I need to update and prepare the
components and any fixes required. There may be intermittent downtime
during the hours of 12:00-20:00 US/Pacific, but I aim to keep it low.

With that being said, that puts the maintenance window for August on: 
2025-08-03T12:00-07:00, or 2025-08-03T19:00Z. That's August 3rd, 12:00
PDT.
